Nurse Manager – Short Stay and Recovery (Full-time, Day shift) Responsibilities
Accountable for the delivery of high quality nursing care and for the administrative management of multiple nursing units and/or FTEs over 80 on a 24‑hour basis. Fulfills all duties and responsibilities associated with the unit manager position. Supports Recovery, Short Stay, and Endoscopy units.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire
- Upon hire: NNR for employees in L&D, NICU, Nursery, Postpartum (Postpartum – within 90 days from date of hire; Other areas – within 180 days of completion of clinical orientation)
- 3 years of recent clinical experience.

Pay Range: $74.54 - $117.65 (base pay; additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities).
