Description

RN Nurse Manager for our Medical Surgical / Bariatric unit at Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, CA. We are a Bariatric Center of Excellence and you will oversee the Bariatric program as the Nurse Manager.

Accountable for the delivery of high-quality nursing care and for the administrative management of the nursing unit on a 24-hour basis. Fulfills all duties and responsibilities associated with the unit manager position.

• Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Upon hire:
  California Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire:
  National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Upon hire: NNR (for L&D, NICU, Nursery, Postpartum - within 90 days from date of hire for Postpartum; within 180 days post-transfer clinical orientation for Others)
• 3 years recent clinical experience.

• Experience in Nurse Management positions
• Experience working within a Bariatric program

The position's base pay ranges from $74.54 to $117.65 per hour. Additional compensation such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, bonus opportunities may be available.
