Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Otolaryngology; ENT

Swedish Medical Group is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Clinician (nurse practitioner or physician assistant) to join the Otolaryngology (ENT) team in Issaquah, Washington. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, well-established specialty practice within a patient-centered, multidisciplinary environment.

The APC will provide comprehensive outpatient ENT care and work closely with a team of otolaryngologists and clinical support staff. The role is primarily clinic-based, with the opportunity for occasional procedural or surgical assistance depending on experience and clinic needs.

• Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and management of patients with otolaryngologic conditions in an outpatient setting
• Perform office-based procedures consistent with training and scope of practice
• Collaborate closely with otolaryngology physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure high-quality, coordinated patient care
• Participate in patient education, follow-up care, and care coordination
• Document clinical encounters accurately and timely within the electronic medical record
• Support quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives within the practice

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Active Washington State NP or PA license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Federal DEA registration (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Otolaryngology experience preferred; new graduates with a strong interest in ENT are encouraged to apply
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills

• Compensation is between $137,683 and $177,886 per year
