Med Tech

Belmont Village Burbank is seeking a compassionate Med Tech to support residents in our assisted living and memory care community. In this role, you will accurately administer medications, document and report changes in condition, and follow physician orders and community protocols. You'll partner closely with nurses and caregivers to support ADLs, safety, and well-being while maintaining regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and respectful, with strong communication skills and a commitment to resident-centered care in a professional, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents per physician orders and community policies
• Document medication administration and resident responses accurately
• Observe, report, and document changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
• Support residents with ADLs and promote safety and comfort
• Maintain medication carts, supplies, and a clean, compliant work area
• Follow HIPAA, infection control, and regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care team members
• Assist with vital signs, simple treatments, and health monitoring as directed
• Respond promptly to resident needs, calls, and emergencies
• Participate in training, in-services, and quality improvement activities
