Responsibilities:
  • Creating and serving exceptional cocktails that showcase your expertise in mixology.
  • Developing and experimenting with new cocktail recipes and innovative techniques.
  • Mastering classic cocktails and ensuring their consistent execution.
  • Providing guests with an unforgettable experience, offering personalized recommendations, and engaging in lively conversation.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and bar etiquette.
  • Collaborating with the bar team to ensure seamless operations during busy hours.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a skilled Mixologist or Bartender, preferably in a renowned cocktail bar or upscale establishment.
  • Must be available on Friday and Saturday afternoon/evening and Sunday morning/afternoon
  • Deep knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, bitters, and other ingredients used in mixology.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft unique and balanced cocktails that leave a lasting impression.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills to engage and interact with guests.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and the capability to handle a high-paced environment.
  • Creativity and a passion for pushing the boundaries of mixology.
  • Understanding of responsible alcohol service and compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • A commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays are mandatory.
