• SHIFT SUPERVISOR position – full time, hiring immediately.
• Location: Disney Studios – 2300 Riverside Drive, Burbank, CA 91521. Online applications accepted.
• Schedule: Full‑time, Monday through Friday, hours may vary. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous supervisory experience, Starbucks, barista, inventory, and scheduling experience preferred.
• Perks: Safety shoe allowance and free shift meals.
• Fixed Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour.

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers, and discipline those who fail to meet reasonable standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
