We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a love for cooking, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure kitchen environment. As a Line Cook, you will play an integral role in preparing dishes according to established recipes and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily culinary services.

• Prepare and cook meals in collaboration with the kitchen team, adhering to established recipes and culinary standards.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace that exceeds Health Department standards.
• Work seamlessly with the team to ensure efficient and effective service.
• Set up and stock cooking stations with necessary supplies.
• Ensure dishes are presented attractively and in an appetizing manner.
• Assist in the preparation of ingredients and food items for future service.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or requirements to kitchen management.
• Handle and store food properly to prevent spoilage and minimize waste.
• Adhere to portion control standards and reduce food waste.
• Support the training and mentorship of junior kitchen staff as needed.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a line cook.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Positive attitude and strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays (mandatory).
