ON-CALL Unarmed Retail Security - SoCal

Overview:

IPS Nationwide is actively hiring professional and reliable Retail Security Officers to support high-end retail locations across the LA COUNTY. We are seeking ON CALL Unarmed guards who are comfortable in customer-facing environments and can maintain a strong security presence. You will be a part of as strict 3-man team for ON CALL Unarmed Retail Positions across LA County.

Responsibilities:

Maintain a visible presence to deter theft and ensure safety

Monitor store activity and identify suspicious behavior

Provide Customer Service while enforcing store policies

Respond to Incidents, de-escalate situations and document reports

Work closely with store management and IPS leads.

Requirements:

Valid BSIS Guard Card (Required)
Reliable Transportation Strong Communication and Professionalism Ability to stand/walk for extended period

Schedule & Availability:

You will be a part of as strict 3-man team for ON CALL Unarmed Retail Positions across LA County.

Reliable Transportation is required

Coordinate with Area Manager and the other 2 On Call Guards to ensure no shift is left open.

Must be open to varied schedules based on call offs, vacation/sick time requests and no shows.

Compensation:

Competitive Hourly Pay (Based on experience and Licensing)
