Florist Helper – Burbank, CA – Adecco US, Inc.

• Cut and process fresh flowers for arrangements, removing thorns and plastic.
• Assist the florist in wiring flowers, watering plants, and maintaining the front shop.
• Bring various types of flowers out of stock for arrangements and restock items.
• Make placement bouquets with minimal supervision according to current prices.
• Help clean the workroom each day upon arrival and before leaving.
• Clean the front shop display area daily, clean refrigerators twice a week, and empty trash daily.
• Keep workroom, refrigerators, and floor neat to avoid unsafe conditions.
• Deliver placement bouquets to the proper location.
• Hold a valid driver’s license; deliver service flowers at least one hour before the service time.
• Drive and maintain flower shop vans (gas, water, oil, tires) ensuring safe running condition.
• Maintain good communication with the public and other employees.

• Weekly pay starting at $23 per hour.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than one moving violation in the past three years.
• No DUI, DWI, reckless driving, or suspensions in the past five years.
• Strong communication and time‑management skills; self‑starter.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

• 8:30a.m. – 5:00p.m., including weekends; one off day during the week.
