We are hiring a Client Service Coordinator to support client communication and execute order processing across both wholesale partners and direct-to-consumer clients.

This is a detail-focused, execution role. You will handle day-to-day requests, process orders, and ensure information is accurate and communicated clearly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming communication from wholesale partners and retail clients (phone and email)
  • Process wholesale orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Prepare and send quotes as requested
  • Create and send invoices, ensuring accuracy
  • Provide updates to clients regarding order status and timelines
  • Support the Beverly Hills store with client inquiries when needed
  • Coordinate internally with sales, production, and shipping teams for order updates
  • Maintain organized and accurate records across systems
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years experience in customer service, retail, or administrative support
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Organized and able to handle multiple requests at once
  • Reliable with consistent follow-through
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in jewelry, luxury retail, or wholesale environments
  • Familiarity with order entry or invoicing systems
