MAD Engine Global, LLC is looking for a detail‑oriented and analytical Costing Coordinator to join our Purchasing team within the US Wholesale Fashion division.
If you have experience in apparel costing, sourcing, or purchasing and enjoy working in a fast‑paced fashion environment, this could be a great opportunity to grow your career with a company that partners with leading brands in the licensed apparel space.
Responsibilities- Prepare and maintain apparel cost sheets
- Analyze material, labor, freight, and duty costs
- Coordinate with domestic & overseas vendors
- Partner cross‑functionally with Design, Product Development, Sourcing, and Merchandising teams
- Support margin analysis and pricing strategies
- Maintain accurate costing data within PLM/ERP systems
- 1–3 years of experience in apparel/fashion costing, purchasing, or sourcing
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)
- Strong Knowledge of garment construction and import costing preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced wholesale fashion environment
- Work with leading fashion & licensed apparel brands
- Gain exposure to the full product lifecycle
