• Assist customers with check‑in and purchases throughout the store
• Assist customers with large party groups including birthdays
• Perform routine cleaning of your assigned station and report any emergencies to management
• Maintain a positive and happy environment for all customers and employees
• Reconcile any customer issues and elevate to assistant manager if necessary
• Always be aware of any safety issues and report them immediately
• Operate a POS device and accurately handle cash transactions
• Stock prepackaged food and serve preheated food to customers
• Perform cleaning procedures immediately for spills and accidents

• 19+ years old with high school diploma
• 1+ years of customer service experience in a retail environment
• Must be available weekends as this is the busiest time of the week
• Superior customer service skills with young children and parents
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, noisy environment

Employee is regularly required to bend, stretch, twist, climb and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces. They must stand and walk for extended periods, use hands/fingers to handle, feel and reach into tight spaces, and lift or move up to 100 lbs with assistance on a regular basis.
