We’re looking for a professional Sales Representative / Project Manager to join our team.

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour plus significant Sales Commissions

• Manage projects through all phases of the process (estimating, follow-up, design, production, quality control, and installation/delivery)
• Answer phone calls, respond to email inquiries, and assist clients who visit our center in person
• Write estimates, suggest solutions, and make sales for your clients
• Process all work orders accurately and obtain customer approval
• Source new opportunities within the community and make introductions to potential customers through a variety of means
• Generate new business, maintain, and update lists of prospective customers and referrals
• Work closely with the production team to answer any questions they may have concerning current work orders
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• 2+ years of work experience in project management, sales or similar position
• Experience in the signage industry
• Experience in CRM
• Possess a good understanding of sales
• Have excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
• Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
• Be organized to ensure that your customers' needs are being met in a timely manner
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
