What You’ll Do

  • Sell iHeart

    Media’s portfolio of News/Talk radio stations, local and national hosts, and News/Talk podcasts.
  • Prospect and develop new business through proactive outreach and cold calling.
  • Build strong consultative relationships with advertisers and decision-makers.
  • Create compelling, results‑driven marketing solutions for clients.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline by conducting 8‑10 client/prospect meetings per week.
  • Work collaboratively from the iHeart

    Media office in your local market.
What You’ll Need
  • 2‑3+ years of direct sales experience in radio, audio, or media sales.
  • A self‑starter mentality with a strong “go‑getter” attitude.
  • Exceptional relationship‑building, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Persuasive communicator with strong storytelling ability.
  • Highly organized, goal‑oriented, and proactive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and initiating outreach for lead generation.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms.
  • Ability to prioritize daily activities based on shifting business needs.
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a high school diploma required (college degree preferred).

Envision Your First 30 Days

Compensation

This position will be paid on a 100% commission basis. Commission rates range from 4.0%–11.0%.
