Restoration Sales Representative; Reconstruction & Claims

APRC is hiring a Restoration Sales Representative to drive reconstruction and restoration work from the first conversation through the final walkthrough.

You'll build relationships, create clear scopes, and close projects the right way—professionally, ethically, and with urgency.

Restoration experience is a plus, but we hire for the ability to connect, follow through, and win business.

• Develop and manage relationships with homeowners, property managers, and insurance professionals
• Respond to leads, run initial appointments, and convert opportunities into signed work
• Scope losses and create accurate estimates (Xactimate or similar estimating platforms)
• Present options, set expectations, and guide customers through the process
• Coordinate handoff and collaboration with Project Managers and production teams
• Track your pipeline, follow up consistently, and hit revenue goals
• Maintain documentation and communication that keeps projects clean and claims moving

• Sales experience in restoration, construction, roofing, mitigation, remodeling, or claims-adjacent services
• Confidence communicating with insurance adjusters and decision-makers (or willingness to learn fast)
• Proficiency (or trainable competence) in Xactimate or similar estimating tools
• Strong follow-up habits and pipeline discipline
• Professional written communication (email/text notes that are clear and succinct)
• A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
