Media is building an elite News/Talk sales team, and we're looking for high-performing media sales professionals ready to take their careers and earnings to the next level. This role is for big thinkers with a proven sales track record, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to turn insights into revenue.   Media's portfolio of News/Talk radio stations, local and national hosts, and News/Talk-focused podcasts
• Prospect and develop new business through proactive outreach and cold calling
• Build strong, consultative relationships with advertisers and decision-makers
• Create compelling, results-driven marketing solutions for clients
• Consistently maintain a strong pipeline by conducting 810 client/prospect meetings per week
• Work collaboratively from the iHeart
  
  Media office in your local market

• 23+ years of direct sales experience in radio, audio, or media sales
• A self-starter mentality with a strong "go-getter" attitude
• Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Persuasive communicator with strong storytelling ability
• Highly organized, goal-oriented, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with cold calling and initiating outreach as part of lead generation
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms
• Ability to prioritize daily activities based on shifting business needs
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a high school diploma required (College degree preferred)
