What You’ll Do:
- Sell iHeart
Media’s portfolio of News/Talk radio stations, local and national hosts, and News/Talk podcast - Prospect and develop new business through proactive outreach and cold calling
- Build strong, consultative relationships with advertisers and decision-makers
- Ceate compelling, results-driven marketing solutions for clients
- Consistently maintain a strong pipeline by conducting 8-10 client/prospect meetings per week
- Work collaboratively from the iHeart
Media office in your local market
- 2-3+ years of direct sales experience in radio, audio, or media sales
- A self-starter mentality with a strong “go-getter” attitude
- Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Persuasive communicator with strong storytelling ability
- Highly organized, goal-oriented, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with cold calling and initiating outreach as part of lead generation
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms
- Ability to prioritize daily activities based on shifting business needs
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a high school diploma required (College degree preferred)

- Desire to stay abreast of emerging market trends and customer needs to expand relationships and trust
- Ability to guide others to solve complex problems using sophisticated analytical thought to identify innovating sales solutions
- Team leadership experience and/or a desire to act as a role model or mentor to develop others
This position will be paid on a 100% commission basis. Commission rates range from 4.0%-11.0%.
