We’re looking for an insurance agent who is self‑disciplined, goal‑oriented, and committed to helping families secure their financial future. As part of the New York Life team, you’ll guide clients toward retirement, college savings, and other life insurance solutions.

• Develop and maintain a client portfolio, providing life insurance and annuity solutions.
• Conduct needs‑analysis meetings to assess clients’ financial goals and recommend appropriate products.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing peace of mind.
• Achieve sales production targets and comply with all regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Leverage digital tools and marketing resources to prospect and retain clients.

• Self‑disciplined and driven by results.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of financial planning concepts such as retirement, college savings, and long‑term care.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales production goals.
• Qualifying licenses or willingness to obtain FINRA, state, or other necessary designations.

Commission‑based structure with the potential to earn an average income of over $100,000 after meeting production requirements.
