VP Relationship Manager

Location: Burbank, CA
Compensation: $125,000-$150,000 base + performance incentives

Cultivate and expand a high-value client portfolio through proactive outreach, consultative engagement, and exceptional service.

Act as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor, understanding each client’s business goals and aligning tailored financial or professional solutions.

Drive new business development through referrals, networking, and market presence.

Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless onboarding, issue resolution, and ongoing relationship support.

Monitor portfolio performance, identify growth opportunities, and manage risk with a sharp, analytical eye.

Represent the organization with confidence and polish in the Burbank and greater LA market.

Proven experience in relationship management, business development, or client advisory roles (banking, financial services, or professional services preferred).

A natural ability to connect, influence, and build credibility at the executive level.

Strong sales instincts balanced with a service-first mindset.

Strategic thinking, financial acumen, and excellent communication skills.
