Insurance Sales Trainee

• Build relationships with new and existing clients
• Help individuals, families, and business owners find insurance solutions that fit their needs
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, agency leads, and outbound outreach
• Educate clients on Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty insurance products
• Deliver exceptional customer service before and after the sale
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Manage client relationships using the CRM system
• Continue developing sales and insurance knowledge through ongoing training

• Sales, customer service, retail, banking, hospitality, or other client-facing experience preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable talking with new people and building lasting relationships
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Organized with strong time management skills
• Insurance license preferred, or willingness to obtain one with support
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
• Ability to commute to the office location regularly
• Active California Property & Casualty Insurance license and active California Life Insurance License are queried as part of the application form
