The Call Center Sales Representative plays a key role in engaging with customers through outbound and inbound calls, focusing on lead qualification and appointment setting while ensuring customer satisfaction. Working within a small team of 1-5 members, this position utilizes sales tools such as Market Sharp and Sales Leap to manage customer interactions efficiently and support database management.

- Make outbound calls and answer inbound calls to engage customers
- Qualify leads and make appointments to drive sales opportunities
- Maintain and update customer databases accurately
- Handle customer complaints to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Utilize Market Sharp and Sales Leap CRM software for customer relationship management
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in sales
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Strong sales techniques and communication skills
- Active listening and effective time management
- Problem-solving and persuasion abilities
- Accuracy in data entry and teamwork skills
