Sales Representative

ALA Renovations is seeking an experienced
Sales Representative
to join our team in Burbank, CA. The ideal candidate brings hands-on solar sales experience, a strong understanding of the sales process, and a results-driven approach.

• Generate and manage solar sales opportunities from initial contact through closing.
• Conduct consultations with homeowners to understand their energy needs and recommend appropriate solar solutions.
• Present solar proposals, pricing, savings opportunities, and financing options to customers.
• Use CRM systems to document leads, customer interactions, appointments, proposals, and sales activity.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and manage opportunities throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution.
• Work toward achieving individual and team sales targets.

• 3+ years of solar sales experience with a proven closing track record.
• CRM experience required; solar financing platform experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent English required;
  Armenian, Russian, or Spanish is a plus.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
