Security Officer - Lobby Reception Desk

Allied Universal - Up to $19.65/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors at the front desk by following site-specific procedures and security-related policies.;
Control access to the location by verifying identification, managing visitor sign-in, issuing temporary credentials as directed, and/or coordinating guest notifications with staff.;
Monitor lobby activity, cameras, alarms, and/or access control systems when assigned, reporting irregular conditions and helping to deter unauthorized entry.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating site emergency response activities and contacting appropriate personnel.;
Complete required reports and logs, document incidents and unusual activity, and communicate shift updates to Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts.
