Set Watch (Security) – Warner Bros. Discovery

• Protect and serve all employees and visitors and safeguard Company property.
• May be assigned to studio gates, office buildings, or on and off‑lot events, parties, premieres, screenings, content protection, executive protection and audience shows on the Main Lot, at the Ranch, other off‑lot facilities or an off‑lot location.
• Issue visitor passes at studio gates and buildings; conduct vehicle and personal item searches; metal detections; direct and assist visitors; monitor and direct on‑lot pedestrian and vehicle traffic; patrol and monitor Company premises to ensure only authorized individuals enter; maintain a log of security activities; provide protection of equipment & props; observe and report unusual and suspect activities; prepare written Incident reports.
• May be required to drive occasionally throughout main lot in Burbank and between facilities using a variety of company owned vehicles (golf‑carts, large SUV, van and pickup truck); traveling between facilities may require driving through surface streets and highways.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Prefer a minimum of 1 year security or customer service experience.
• Must have a valid California Driver’s License and a record of safe driving with at least 6 months of driving history.
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills and Microsoft Office experience required.
• This position involves riding a bike, standing for long periods, running, lifting and maneuvering heavy weights (up to 50+ lbs) and working indoors and outdoors in year‑round weather conditions.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays and work indoors and outdoors during year‑round weather.
• Security operations are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Employment is contingent upon passing a company background check and obtaining a California Guard Card after required training.

Pay Rate: $19.88 per hour. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short‑ and long‑term incentives, and program‑specific awards. Warner Bros.
