Plumbing Service Tech - Plumber

We're based in Burbank, CA, but our service area covers all of Los Angeles County. We’ll provide a work vehicle, and you can even take it home if you have sufficient parking! Otherwise, you'll drop it off at our office.

We're offering a competitive base wage
, and you'll make commission on upsells, adding up to an earning potential of $84,000 - $140,000 per year

• Assess customers' plumbing systems, identify the source of issues, and generate estimates for the work
• Clearly explain options to customers and upsell services to drive sales
• Perform timely, compliant, and high‑quality repairs and installations
• Write up accurate reports for every service call
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed to make every day a great one!

Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
. As our Service Plumber, you'll be part of a Saturday rotation to cover weekend needs.

• 3+ years of recent plumbing experience
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to service all areas of Los Angeles County
• Sales experience in the plumbing field – a plus!

Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
