This plumber role follows a full‑time Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm schedule, with opportunities for night shifts, weekend shifts, on‑call responsibilities, and overtime based on your availability.

You'll assess plumbing issues, perform necessary repairs, and ensure residents feel safe, heard, and cared for. • 3+ years of plumbing experience
• Basic plumbing skills
• Apartment building plumbing knowledge (preferred)
• Multi‑family plumbing experience (preferred)
