Retail Display Installer – Technology
Job Type: Per Required Need
Work Location:
Market - SS - CA - Burbank
Schedule:
Monday–Friday (weekends not required)
- $20.25 per hour
- Next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay
- Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement
- Paid training
- Flexible self‑scheduling options and fixed shifts based on availability
- Minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period
- Maintain consistent communication with field‑services management, responding within 24 hours of contact.
- Keep availability updated and accurate at all times.
- Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
- Install, repair, and update displays, end caps, and fixtures according to plan‑ograms and client requests.
- Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys before leaving each job site.
- Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays are fully functional.
- Participate in early‑morning installations, including team installations of two or more people, and provide solution feedback.
- Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
- Assist other team members as needed and contribute to overall team success.
- Submit accurate timecards and report anomalies daily with needed corrections.
- Work independently in a fast‑paced environment and complete training and certification programs.
- Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
- Be available for weekend assignments as needed.
- Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
- Age 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- Flexible availability Monday–Friday, with weekend and holiday availability as needed.
- Physical ability to climb a ladder up to 10 feet, safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs, and perform kneeling, walking, crouching, and reaching overhead tasks.
- Adaptability to changing tasks and work environments.
- Effective communication skills via phone, text, and email.
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail or merchandising experience is beneficial but not required.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools and following plan‑ogram directives.
- Must own an Android or Apple mobile device for uploading photos and data and navigate various communication platforms independently.
- Completed all training assignments within designated time frames.
- Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation; willingness to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment.
- Strong leadership, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills with excellent time‑management and reporting abilities.
