We will be a big FAN of yours too if, at a minimum, you have:
- A High School diploma or GED equivalent and be at least 18 years of age,
- A bachelor’s degree in psychology, behavioral science, social services or related discipline or four years of relevant experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, dual diagnoses, or forensic involvement,
- A current driver’s license and California automobile insurance coverage for driving your personal vehicle to and from various community locations either independently or with other team members, including Individuals,
- Ability to read, write and speak English is required. Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.

There will be challenges:
- You will encounter a variety of disabilities and mental health challenges among the individuals we serve, and you will learn about the agencies and resources we collaborate with to provide direct and indirect support.
There will be chores:
- Coordinate the needs of the individuals by initiating and completing intake assessments, interviewing prospective individuals and family members, organizing schedules and appointments, maintaining open communication with key stakeholders, completing daily case notes, quarterly progress reports, and sharing recommendations for the individual's Service Plan.
- Advocate for the individual in court proceedings as part of the Judicial Intervention and Diversion Compliance Program, and assist in building community partnerships to enhance available resources for improved access to community, physical, and mental health services.
