Senior Front End Developer

Overview

Paramount Skydance Corp. is seeking a Senior Front-End Developer to lead the development of high-performance, user-centric web applications that power the next generation of Quality Engineering platforms. This is a modern engineering role designed for a developer who has mastered the balance between expert-level coding and advanced AI-assisted development.

• AI-Driven Application Development:
  Design and build high-quality React applications using Type Script. Use modern UI patterns and AI tools to improve coding efficiency, including refactoring and feature development.
• Human-in-the-Loop Oversight:
  Act as the primary filter for AI-generated output. Monitor, audit, and correct code produced by AI to ensure it adheres to architectural standards and security protocols.
• Design-to-Code Mastery:
  Translate Figma design comps into reusable UI components and design systems, leveraging AI to bridge design intent and production-ready code.

• Build the front-end for internal QE platforms, including automation dashboards, triage tools, and AI-assisted testing interfaces.
• Implement real-time data visualizations and telemetry streams with clear, performant presentation of AI-curated data.

• Validation and Verification:
  Ensure code meets performance, WCAG accessibility, and reliability standards.
• Security First:
  Audit AI suggestions for vulnerabilities; ensure data handling and API interactions comply with enterprise security standards.
• Automated Testing:
  Implement robust testing strategies (Jest, Cypress, Playwright) for AI-assisted iterations.

• 7+ years of professional experience in front-end or full-stack development.
• AI Tooling Fluency:
  Experience using Claude Code, Gemini Code Assist, or equivalent LLM-based coding agents to deliver complex features.
• Expert React & Type Script:
  Proficiency in React Hooks, state management (Zustand, Redux, or Context), and component-driven design.
• Critical Oversight Capability:
  Ability to identify and correct errors in AI-generated code to meet senior engineering standards.
• Security & Architecture:
  Proficient in secure front-end development per OWASP standards; knowledge of browser performance and scalable architecture.

• Experience building developer productivity tools or internal engineering dashboards.
• Familiarity with data visualization (D3.js, Recharts) and real-time interfaces (Web Sockets).
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS) and CI/CD workflows.

• AI-Augmented Execution:
  Ability to achieve high output by effectively prompting and managing AI agents without sacrificing code quality.
• Architectural Rigor:
  Commit to maintainability and security standards over quick fixes.
• Systems Thinking:
  Understand how front-end apps integrate with backend data pipelines and AI-driven quality insights.
