đ§ The Mission
As an ERJ First Officer, youâll execute safe, efficient, and customerâcentric operations across a dynamic network. Youâll collaborate closely with your Captain, Flight Attendants, Ground Operations, Maintenance, and Dispatch/Mission Control to deliver an onâtime, highâquality experienceâevery leg, every day.
đ§° What Youâll Do- Perform precise preflight planning, inspections, and performance calculations.
- Operate the ERJâ135/145 safely and smoothly in all phases of flight, adhering to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Apply sound judgment and CRM to manage changing weather, ATC constraints, and operational priorities.
- Deliver warm, professional serviceâgreeting customers, communicating clearly, and resolving issues proactively.
- Coordinate seamlessly with Captain, Cabin Crew, Ground Crew, Maintenance, and Mission Control.
- Complete accurate postflight duties, logs, and safety reports; uphold a just culture and continuous improvement mindset.
- Prepare for command through targeted training, mentorship, and demonstrated leadership in daily operations.
