Job Summary

Valet duties: driving, parking and retrieving customer vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner, assisting customers in and out of their vehicle during arrival and departure, and other duties as assigned. On-time performance and strong attention to detail are imperative. Strict adherence to time/attendance and appearance standards is required.

• Drive, park, and retrieve guest vehicles promptly and safely.
• Assist guests in and out of their vehicle during arrival and departure.
• Perform other duties as assigned; duties may change due to emergencies, workload changes, rush jobs, or technical developments.

Required Experience

• High School Diploma.
• 2 years of customer service experience.
• Current & valid U.S. Driver’s License.

Licenses & Certifications

• Valid Driver’s License for customer vehicles.
• When needed, operating ground support equipment.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Remain professional, logical, and level‑headed in all situations, especially stressful ones.
• Vigilant and aware of surroundings, able to recognize and act upon unsafe conditions.
• Timeline focused with a high degree of calm urgency.
• Arrive to work on time and at assigned post to ensure prompt servicing of the aircraft and on‑time departures.
• Articulate and polished both verbally and visually.
• Knowledge of computer systems such as Google Business and Microsoft Office.
• Computer savvy.

Basic Requirements

• Minimum age 18.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching, lifting, climbing stairs, and prolonged standing.
• Flexible schedule (early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays).
• Participate in initial alcohol screenings in accordance with DOT and federal/local guidelines.
• Work both indoors and outdoors in cold/wet or hot conditions.
• Maintain a valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Operate a manual transmission and perform parallel parking.
• May be required to perform duties at other JSX locations.

Starting compensation: $19.25.
