Job Summary
Valet duties: driving, parking and retrieving customer vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner, assisting customers in and out of their vehicle during arrival and departure, and other duties as assigned. On-time performance and strong attention to detail are imperative. Strict adherence to time/attendance and appearance standards is required.
Responsibilities- Drive, park, and retrieve guest vehicles promptly and safely.
- Assist guests in and out of their vehicle during arrival and departure.
- Perform other duties as assigned; duties may change due to emergencies, workload changes, rush jobs, or technical developments.

QualificationsRequired Experience
- High School Diploma.
- 2 years of customer service experience.
- Current & valid U.S. Driver’s License.
Licenses & Certifications
- Valid Driver’s License for customer vehicles.
- When needed, operating ground support equipment.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Remain professional, logical, and level‑headed in all situations, especially stressful ones.
- Vigilant and aware of surroundings, able to recognize and act upon unsafe conditions.
- Timeline focused with a high degree of calm urgency.
- Arrive to work on time and at assigned post to ensure prompt servicing of the aircraft and on‑time departures.
- Articulate and polished both verbally and visually.
- Knowledge of computer systems such as Google Business and Microsoft Office.
- Computer savvy.
Basic Requirements
- Minimum age 18.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching, lifting, climbing stairs, and prolonged standing.
- Flexible schedule (early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays).
- Participate in initial alcohol screenings in accordance with DOT and federal/local guidelines.
- Work both indoors and outdoors in cold/wet or hot conditions.
- Maintain a valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Operate a manual transmission and perform parallel parking.
- May be required to perform duties at other JSX locations.
Starting compensation: $19.25.
