The Mission
As Captain on the Embraer 135/145, you’ll set the tone for safety, service, and teamwork from preflight briefing to final shutdown.
- Execute precise, safety-first operations in rapidly changing weather and operational environments.
- Model exceptional CRM and clear communication with your First Officer, Flight Attendants, Ground Crew, Maintenance, Mission Control, and Customers.
- Deliver a warm, customer-centric experience on every leg while protecting schedule integrity and fuel/operational efficiency.
- Lead with judgment, discipline, and professionalism—owning decisions and outcomes.
- Adaptable: Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic operations; pivot smoothly as priorities, weather, or missions change.
- Detail-Oriented: Nothing gets past you—from meticulous preflight checks to post-flight debriefs.
- Critical Thinker: Assess complex situations quickly and choose the safest, smartest course of action.
- Customer-Centric: Make every passenger feel welcomed, informed, and cared for.
- Communicative: Keep everyone in the loop—First Officer, Flight Attendants, Ground Crew, Maintenance, Mission Control, and Customers.

- Safety-Focused: Hold yourself and others to the highest safety standards, every flight, every time.

Additional Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED; current and valid Driver’s License and Passport; current and valid FCC Radio Operator’s Permit.
- Total Time: 2,500 hours
- Multi-Engine: 500 hours
- Turbine PIC: 500 hours
- Currency:
Minimum 100 hours within the last 12 months - License
Required:
CPL, IR, ME (FAA) - Medical:
Class 1 - Type Rating:
Not required — training provided
- 3,000+ total time
- 1,000+ multi-engine hours
- Embraer 135/145 experience
- Accelerated transition to ERJ
135/145 command, subject to performance and company standards. - Company-provided type rating and recurrent training to maintain proficiency and compliance.
