We are looking for a self‑driven individual with a strong background in Business Banking and Relationship Management. You should have experience with originating small business loans, proven credit knowledge, and a successful track record in sales. Your ability to profile customers, engage them in the sales process, and build effective relationships will be essential.

• 3+ years of Branch/Retail Banking experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Retail Banking and commercial business processes.
• Proven sales and outside calling skills.
• Excellent relationship‑building and networking abilities.
• Strong initiative, judgment, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and core operating systems.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.

• The anticipated salary range for the position is $72,000 to $111,000.
