You will greet new patients and welcome them to the practice. After the office introduction, you will take records (pictures and x-rays) that will be used to set a treatment plan for the new patient.

• Taking clear x-rays.
• Taking clear photos.
• Taking accurate scans for retainers.
• Assisting in sterilizing equipment.
• Maintaining a clean working environment (including the picture & x-ray area).
• Co‑ordinating with the Treatment Coordinator to ensure patient case acceptance through a “warm hand‑off.”
• Assisting in meeting and/or exceeding monthly and annual clinic goals.
• Explaining payment options and providing general information regarding insurance coverage as it relates to orthodontics.
• If traveling to another clinic, performing all duties and responsibilities of your role, including administrative tasks.
• Participating in Marketing Events.
• Other tasks as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Computer skills.
• Ability to travel and transport yourself to other practice locations.
• Minimum 6 months of chairside experience.
• Bilingual – Spanish (preferred).

• Monday–Wednesday 8:45 am – 5:00 pm
• Thursday & Friday 6:45 am – 3:00 pm
• 2 Saturdays per month
• Two 9:30 am – 6:00 pm shifts per month

• Rate: $17.00 per hour
