Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling to support students’ academic, emotional, and personal growth
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to implement interventions that promote student success
- Assist in creating and reviewing IEPs and 504 plans for students with special needs
- Participate in meetings with school staff and families to offer guidance and strategies for academic or behavioral concerns
- Perform other related duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in School Counseling, Counseling, or related field from an accredited university
- Active state-level licensure and/or certification as a School Counselor OR ability to obtain
- Experience working in schools or with children is required
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
