Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to support students’ academic, emotional, and personal growth
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to implement interventions that promote student success
• Assist in creating and reviewing IEPs and 504 plans for students with special needs
• Participate in meetings with school staff and families to offer guidance and strategies for academic or behavioral concerns
• Perform other related duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in School Counseling, Counseling, or related field from an accredited university
• Active state-level licensure and/or certification as a School Counselor OR ability to obtain
• Experience working in schools or with children is required
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
