• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the insurance industry, but not a must.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
• Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one within 90 days of hire.
