Coinford | Groundworks & Concrete Frame Specialists
Coinford is seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our team on major construction projects. This is a hands‑on role for operatives who take pride in delivering high‑quality concrete finishes.
Key Responsibilities- Construct and dismantle formwork for concrete structures
- Measure, cut, and assemble formwork materials (wood, metal, plastic)
- Deliver high‑quality concrete finishes including tamp, float, brush, trowel, and power float finishes
- Make good and repair concrete where necessary
- Read and interpret drawings and specifications accurately
- Work proactively and manage time effectively
- Work independently or as part of a team
- 5+ years’ experience as a Concrete Finisher
- CSCS Card
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- Reliable, punctual, and safety‑conscious
- Able to work effectively with other trades and support programme delivery
- Right to work in the UK
- Mid‑Senior level
- Full‑time
- Management and Manufacturing
