Structured Cabling Engineer

Odin Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Structured Cabling Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer with strong installation and troubleshooting experience within structured cabling environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality structured cabling installations while supporting project planning and onsite coordination.

Key Responsibilities Conduct site surveys and attend pre-installation meetings Plan cable routes and resolve any building or logistical challenges during installation Provide leadership and guidance to the project delivery team on-site Install structured cabling systems (CAT6 / CAT6A / CAT7) Install secondary containment systems including basket, trunking, conduit, and copex where required Install floor-mounted communication cabinets and server racks Terminate, test, and label cables within patch panels and data outlets Perform cable tracing and fault finding to diagnose and resolve network issues
