Pet Care Appointment Specialist

Wellhaven Pet Health is seeking a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients at our Burien location. This role involves managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a positive experience for every client.

Job responsibilities include greeting clients, performing cashier duties, and facilitating a smooth transition from phone call to in-person care. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be able to handle pets confidently. A high school diploma and customer service experience are required.
