You will work closely with our experienced care team to develop personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Manage medications and provide emotional support and companionship
• Develop and implement personalized care plans with the care team
• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided

• Certified Home Care Aide certification (or willingness to obtain)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds and stand for long periods
