We are seeking dedicated, compassionate Nurse Practitioners (ARNPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) based in Everett/Marysville, Washington
to join our growing mobile clinical team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary healthcare and specialized advanced wound care treatments to patients in mobile and community settings. • Primary Care Management: Perform routine health evaluations, chronic disease management, preventive screenings, medication management, diagnostic ordering (labs/imaging), and urgent care consultations.
• Advanced Wound Care Procedures: Conduct comprehensive wound assessments, staging, and therapeutic interventions, including sharp debridement, skin substitute/amniotic membrane applications, compression therapies, and non-contact ultrasound (Ultramist®) therapies.

  Educate patients, families, and caregivers on care plans, wound prevention, disease management, and post-procedure protocols.
• EHR Documentation: Maintain timely, accurate, and complete clinical documentation in the company’s EHR system in accordance with regulatory and billing guidelines.
• Care Coordination: Collaborate closely with clinical leadership, medical assistants, patient liaisons, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure seamless continuity of care.
• Travel & Home Visits: Conduct in-person visits to patients' homes and residential facilities within assigned geographic coverage areas.

• Education: Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing (MSN/DNP) or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Active, unrestricted Washington State ARNP or PA license in good standing.
• Certifications:
  • Board Certification (e.g., FNP, AGNP, PA-C).
  • Active DEA License (or eligible to obtain).
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • Credentialed with Medicare, Medicaid, and major commercial payers (or eligible for credentialing).
• Transportation: Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and active automobile insurance.
• Skills & Attributes: Strong clinical acumen, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently in field settings, and a patient-centered approach to care.
