Evergreen Treatment Services is seeking a Community Justice (L.E.A.D.) Screening and Outreach Coordinator to support LEAD referrals and outreach in SW Seattle. The role is field-based, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and after-hours on-call duties one week per month.
Responsibilities include initial screening, street outreach, coordinating with case managers, and maintaining positive relationships with LEAD partners and law enforcement.
