• Provide compassionate and individualized care to clients in their homes, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs
• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report any changes in clients' condition to our care team
• Collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care and services
• Act as an advocate for clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients and staff

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients safely and effectively
