Job Summary* This is an On-site, Part-Time/Temporary Position
The Youth Soccer Coordinator will assist with overall program development of our Soccer for Success after-school programming. This includes, but is not limited to, facilitating practices, officiating scrimmages, and providing on-site leadership during practices and games. The Youth Soccer Coordinator will also provide guidance to Youth Soccer Instructors while in program

Mondays and Fridays from 3:30pm to 5:00pm

Hiring Range: $22.00 - $24.20/hour Responsibilities- Assists in the delivery of culturally relevant and developmentally appropriate activities for assigned youth sports programs.
- Assists in conducting staff meetings and trainings.
- Provides guidance, leadership and direction to youth sports instructors, referees and volunteers as needed.
- Professionally engages with parents/guardians to provide pertinent information about their child’s experience and to promote upcoming programs.
- Ensures that supplies are clean and safe, set up and stored properly. Reports equipment problems to supervisor.
- Attends staff meetings and trainings as required.

This position will support an after school soccer program in the Northshore School District. Shifts will be 90 minutes in length and will fall between the hours of 3:00pm and 5:00pm two weekdays per week.
TRAVELTravel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.

Qualifications- 18 years of age or older.

- Knowledge of sports.
- One or more years of experience working with children.
