Compensation

Pay Range: $21.63 – $27.50 per hour. The hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include annual, quarterly performance, or premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

The Delivery Specialist will maintain and operate store vehicles to deliver parts and pieces of inventory to professional customers. They will collect money on COD deliveries, pick up customer returns, and provide customer service as needed.

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products safely and efficiently.
• Use fleet management handheld devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, update mileage and log daily vehicle inspections.
• Keep vehicles, keys, fuel/fleet credit cards, devices, and collected monies secure at all times.
• Pick up customer returns (new, warranty, cores, etc.) and fill out driver return slips.
• Communicate any problems or special needs from customers to store management.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs, accidents or damage to the store manager immediately.
• Ensure the fuel tank is filled and the vehicle is locked and secure at the end of the day's business.
• Clock in/out according to company policy.
• Perform additional duties such as customer service, sweeping, stocking, merchandising, and handling core returns whenever business demands.

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
• Clean driving record meeting the company’s 14/18‑point system.
• Legally required state driver’s license and company‑mandated driving eligibility.
• Familiarity with automotive parts (desired).
• Ability to operate light store equipment (desired).
• Fluency in multiple languages – Spanish highly desired (desired).
