Job Overview
At Air Products, we are looking for a Project Manager to support our HyCO Turnaround team. This role focuses on safety, efficient project execution, and strong leadership of maintenance and capital projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead assigned turnaround events including maintenance and capital projects, managing all phases through scoping, execution, and close‑out.
- Develop technical funding documents, scope, budget, schedule, and execution strategy for turnaround events.
- Communicate schedule, budget, and progress updates with key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with Air Products safety programs and quality standards.
- 7–10 years of experience in maintenance and/or engineering disciplines, preferably in a manufacturing plant environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational and planning abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, One Note, Outlook), SAP, Primavera P6.
- Professional Engineer preferred; PMP certification a plus.
- Ability to travel 30–40% of the time, and possess a valid TWIC and passport and pass refinery background checks.
- 10+ years of maintenance and/or engineering experience, preferably in industrial outages, exchangers, pumps, hydrotesting, and pipe fabrication.
- Technical, Engineering, or Construction Management degree a plus.
- Competitive pay with an anticipated California pay range of $141,200–$186,400 plus bonus.
