A Day in the Life:
As a Department Manager, you ensure the day-to-day operations and sales of the department run smoothly while leading and engaging your team. You value teamwork, recognize contributions, and support team growth while delivering outstanding customer service to build customers for life.
What you bring to the table:
- 18 years of age or older.
- Prior experience leading others.
- Certifications as required or willingness to obtain them.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and seek new skills & experiences.
- History of ensuring customers have a seamless shopping experience.
- Efficient use of time and resources.
- Integrity, pride, and passion day in and day out.
- For Bakery
: 1 year or more of experience as a Baker. - For Meat
:
Knowledge and ability to process different cuts of meat, previous experience working in a meat department and with various tools (grinders, saws, and other meat processing tools).
