* Provide high-quality preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene care.
* Perform periodontal assessments, scaling and root planing, prophylaxis, and patient education.
* Take digital radiographs and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
* Collaborate with dentists and office teams to ensure an outstanding patient experience.
* Adapt quickly to different office workflows while maintaining consistent, high-quality care.## Qualifications
* Current Virginia Dental Hygienist license in good standing.
* Current CPR/BLS certification.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Willingness and ability to travel to multiple practice locations throughout Virginia.
* Experience with digital charting and dental software is preferred.##
