You will have a high level of accountability for all retail store functions and for communicating and implementing the company vision through directing the day‑to‑day activities of the entire store staff. You will drive high performance results within a fast‑paced, demanding solutions sales environment, focusing on optimizing customer and employee experience. You will act as a mentor for your Assistant General Manager and complete trainings and attend weekly sales leadership calls.

- Building, developing, and mentoring your sales team.

- Attracting and retaining top‑caliber employees.

- Providing ongoing sales training and support for your team to exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.
- Engaging in sales strategy development to ensure our products and services are effectively showcased throughout the store.
- Ensuring store employees meet and/or exceed defined monthly success measurements and complete assigned training on time.
- Developing and implementing sales tools and initiatives.
- Maintaining performance of the store by running retail inventory compliance.
- Engaging in business operations including budgeting, forecasting, analyzing, and providing sales reports.
- Thinking of innovative ways to drive traffic in stores and capitalize on the existing customer base.
- Owning store success and taking ownership for store employees’ work‑related needs, leadership, staffing and scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention, and all other store functions.
- Owning all guest escalations and providing a timely resolution.
- Clearly communicating company objectives and priorities to team members and providing timely follow‑up.
- Staying up to date with new sales promotions and ensuring they are providing our guests with a complete solution to meet their current and future needs.
Pay will include a base rate of $19.00 /hour with uncapped earning potential through commission.

- 1‑3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
- Management experience in a commissions‑based sales environment.
- Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
- Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.
- Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high‑performing team.
- Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge.
- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
